Contractor hereby agrees to furnish all materials, tools, equipment and labor necessary to remove and dispose of damaged asphalt pavement. Compact all existing class II road base. Replace existing asphalt with four (4) inches of new asphalt pavement. All pavement will have a Type I slurry seal (provide a 30 day cure time prior to slurry application), provide temporary pavement markers during asphalt curing. Replace all existing painted pavement striping and pavement markings. Approximately 20,000 square feet of asphalt of will be involved in this project at Pelican Point Day-use area within Crystal Cove State Park, 8471 North Coast Highway, Laguna Beach, County of Orange, 92651-1043. In the opinion of The Department of Parks and Recreation, this invitation for Bid is complete and without need of explanation.
