Site work for a civil project in Townsend, Tennessee. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of 12/21/2021, all bids were rejected. The Project consists of constructing one 70,000-gallon potable water storage tank and all site work, waterline extension and tie-in, and electrical and communication work necessary to enable a fully operational system. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The Award will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or technicalities therein.
