Site work for a water / sewer project in Townsend, Tennessee. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project will generally consist of the following: Site Rough Grading to include excavation (unclassified), grading, drainage, detention, utilities, erosion protection and sediment control, and gravel surfacing for a complete workable site. A. Work of this Contract includes the installation/execution of the following: 1. Site Rough Grading (Unclassified). 2. Storm Drains. 3. Detention Ponds. 4. Water Lines. 5. Sanitary Sewer Lines, Septic Tank, and Drain Field. 6. Gravel/Aggregate Surfacing. 7. Erosion and Sediment Control. 8. All other items of Work as shown on the plans for a complete and workable site. B. The work shall include all related appurtenances as indicated in the design plans and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. All Bidders must be licensed contractors with "MU", "BC-B", or "BC" classification in the State of Tennessee as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 and related amendments thereto, with all bid submittals conforming with the State of Tennessee requirements.
