Description

Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Townsend, Tennessee. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The District's Capital Improve Plan included new pumping facilities, new storage facilities and distribution piping. The selected consultant shall demonstrate inhouse staff for the required design components of those projects. It is the intent that the selected firm provide the services of an experienced engineer to advise the Manager and Board on various matters. The submittal of qualifications shall include a current list of water system clients and resume' of key staff that will be available to the District.
