The District of Sechelt (the District) is requesting quotations for a new Cedar Shake Roof at Rockwood Lodge (Facility). Replacement of the current hand split cedar shake shingles, ensuring to match the original roof form keeping the original look of this Heritage building, Rockwood Lodge (Facility). Proponents are to comply with the standards and guidelines for the Conservation of Historic Places in Canada and adhere to the Wood First Act. All additional scope should be clearly identified. Proponents should include sufficient budget within their fee proposals to coordinate these activities. Award amount was not released for publication.
