* Award subject to final approval. The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of renovations to the existing maintenance and washroom building at 430 Churchill Drive, as described in the construction documents. The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Selective demolition of existing elements of the washroom/garage building. (b) Supply an installation of new interior framing and wall cladding. (c) Supply and installation of new washroom fixtures and accessories. (d) Supply and installation of new mechanical systems. (e) Supply and installation of new electrical systems. (f) Modifications to the existing holding tank and pump system. Official bid documents must be obtained from Merx and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
