**As of December 28, 2021 the PSOP Building Boiler project awarded to Bergmann Roscow Plumbing award amount $62,500 and Sam Wolf Granite City Chiller project was awarded to Murphy Company with award amount $524,000 with total award amount of $586,500** Project consists of labor and materials for the upgrades for the replacement of the existing boiler at the PSOP Facility in Belleville and upgrades and replacement of the existing chiller at Sam Wolf Granite City Campus as described herein and issued drawings. Bids received after stated time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Bids will be based on lump sum construction contract for each site. Bid form contains individual line items for each site. Contracts may be awarded to different contractor for each site. Bids shall include not less than the Prevailing hourly wage rate determined by the Illinois Department of Labor. Bid Security is required in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of Proposal, made payable unconditionally to the Owner. Security shall be certified check, cashier's check or bid bond issued by surety licensed to conduct business in the State of Illinois. Within ten (10) days after notification of award of contract, the successful Contractor shall furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising thereunder using a form similar to the AIA 312 Form, or one acceptable to Owner. The Performance Bond will become a part of the Contract. The failure of the successful bidder to enter into contract and supply the required bond and Certificates of Insurance within ten (10) days after the prescribed forms are presented for signature, or within such extended period as the Owner may grant, shall constitute a default. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities and irregularities in any bid, or to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
