The Project consists of removal of 30 years of solids materials from the Lower and Upper Abert Lagoons. Solids may be dewatered on-site as an option or handled however the contractor deems fit. Materials must be transported and disposed of off-site at the Contractor's discretion. This may include land application or landfilling of the solids. The work will take place in the spring of 2022 to maximize the potential for land application of the solids materials and is slated for 11 months. Inquiries must be received by 1:00 p.m., November 30, 2021, in order to be considered. All posted addenda must be signed and accompany any bid submitted, failure to do so may subject bidder to disqualification. Contact initiated by a bidder concerning this solicitation with any other City representative, not expressly authorized elsewhere in this document, is prohibited. Any such unauthorized contact may result in disqualification of the bidder. Project awarded to American Process Group, Inc.
