Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Citrus Heights, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The work to be performed consists, in general, of placing hot mix asphalt overlay, including placement of geo-textile fabric, ACpavement grinding, constructing PCC curb and gutter, sidewalk, retaining curbs, ADA compliant curb ramps, adjusting manholes/utility irons to grade, replacing deteriorated storm drain pipe, installing drainage inlets/manholes, restoring traffic striping, legends and markings, and traffic signal modifications with signal interconnect; and all other works as shown on the contract documents. The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional services for the 2021 Greenback Lane Complete Streets Improvements Project. This project is locally funded. As such, there is no Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal nor Caltrans Local Assistance paperwork to be completed. The Project will resurface Greenback Lane between Sunrise Boulevard and Fair Oaks Boulevard, and also includes construction of curb, gutter, sidewalk, curb ramps, storm drain facilities, traffic signal modifications, traffic signal interconnect, signing, and striping.
