Site work for a water / sewer project in Citrus Heights, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of all Work described in the Contract Documents and generally consists of furnishing of all labor, materials, tax, equipment and services for the construction and completion of the following work all within the roadway of Pratt Avenue within the City of Citrus Heights. The work to be completed includes, but is not limited to, installing 880 linear feet of 18-inch water main, two (2) 1-inch water service with curb stop, and one (1) 2-inch air/vacuum relief valve. The District's preliminary cost estimate for this Project is $388,878.00 The District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid. The Project must be completed within 120 calendar days, beginning ten (10) calendar days after the date on which the notice to proceed. This project is currently in the design phase and requires potholing. Construction will start in January 2022 and finish in April 2022. A contractor will do the potholing. A separate contractor will do the construction.
