Completed plans call for the addition of a 9,290-square-foot, one-story above grade fitness / recreation center; for the demolition of a fitness / recreation center; for the renovation of a 3,530-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

The scope of work includes site utility work, limited landscaping, renovations (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, kitchen remodel, new roof, exterior reconstruction) to the existing 3,600 SF one story recreation building, with construction of a new addition of approximately 9,000 SF in area housing a new gymnasium, restrooms, and associated storage areas. The addition will be constructed with CMU masonry bearing walls and metal panel/cement board siding. The date of availability for this contract is March 1, 2022. The completion date for this contract is March 1, 2023.
