The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision, management. financing,
services, shop drawings, submittals, testing, and other items necessary for the proper execution and functioning and shall
make all installations and connections necessary, specified, customary, or otherwise appropriate to perform fully and to
complete in every respect the contract work generally described as follows: (Specification or drawing references included

HML Electrical Service Repairs.
Wire was stolen from football field poles for HML's,
New wire needs lo be pulled from pole to pole (X's 5) F1-4 Football.
Pull new wire to basketball court junction box. (P-1)
New security screws are needed for in ground junction box.
Replace stolen bubble cover.
Install new security screws In trough.
Install (8) flexible hasps on junction boxes to be able to lock all wire.
Install (8) combination locks for newly install hasps lo lock junction boxes.
Install (1) heavy duty lock on gale lo keep secure.
Make all necessary connections.
Ground system In each pull box needs to be connected to ground rod. (Approx 50' #6)
The following wire needs to be run to replace stolen wires.
Through to Basketball court- 180' (4 cuts of-#10 and 3 cuts of-#6)
Through to Pole #1 -120' (4 cuts of-# 10 and 9 cuts of-#6)
Pole #1 to Pole #2 o 300' (4 cuts of-#10 and 3 cuts of-#6)

Existing HML's
- Wiring.
- Repair all wiring lo other HML's that all HML's have power and and light up.
- Adjust all Lights on existing HML's throughout Playground, they were moved during lhe Storm.
- 10 existing HML fixtures to be adjusted due to wind damage.
Remove all construction debris and dispose off site.
Repair any damage caused to site during work performed.
All materials, equipment, supplies, fasteners. and other items required lo perform work tasks lo be supplied and installed
by contractor.
All trash and debris lo be removed by contractor and hauled off. Do nol use City dumpster.
