Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; swimming pool; swimming pool; and water / sewer project.

The Whitehall Pool Improvements Project consists of four (4) contracts; Contract No. 1 - General Construction This project involves the construction of a new municipal pool, including, but not limited to, clearing and grubbing; existing site feature demolition and protection; unclassified bulk excavation; erosion and sediment control measures; storm sewer installation including rain garden construction; asphalt and concrete paving; retaining wall construction; con- struction of a new pool; construction of new ancillary buildings; renovations to an existing bathhouse; and associated landscaping and plantings, complete in place. Contract No. 2 - Electrical Construction This project involves electrical construction for a new pool and ancillary buildings, and renovations to an existing bath house, including, but not limited to, existing electrical demolition; and associated site, pool and building electrical construction, complete in place. Contract No. 3 - Plumbing Construction This project involves plumbing construction for a new pool and ancillary buildings and renovations to an existing bathhouse, including, but not limited to, existing plumbing demolition; and associated site, pool and building plumbing construction, complete in place. Contract No. 4 - Mechanical Construction This project involves mechanical construction for a new pool and ancillary buildings and renovations to an existing bathhouse, including, but not limited to, existing mechanical demolition; and associated site and building mechanical construction, complete in place. All work is to achieve final completion by April 1, 2023. All proposals must be in the hands of Courtney M. Wertz, Borough Manager, Borough of Whitehall, 100 Borough Park Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15236 on or before Friday, January 21, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. The Proposals must be made to the Borough of Whitehall, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, and shall remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Sealed envelopes shall be clearly marked "Construction Management Services for Whitehall Pool Improvements".
