Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Whitehall Coplay School District will receive sealed bids, for the Football Stadium and Field House Plumbing Fixtures Replacement Project, DEI Project #281021, in the form of single prime lump sum contract(s). The Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to the Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. Whitehall Coplay School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive informalities as it deems best to protect its interest. Documents will be available on August 7, 2023. the Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the forms included in the Contract Documents each in an amount of 100% of the contract amount A proposal shall be rejected unless accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total of the Base Bid. Bid Security shall be in the form of a certified check or bank cashiers check All questions must be submitted in writing as follows. Phone calls are not permitted.
