Renovation of an educational facility in Whitehall, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Whitehall Coplay School District will receive sealed bids, for the High School, Stage Refurbishment Project, in the form of single prime lump sum contract(s). The Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, 43 P.S. 165-1 et seq., and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to the Project as promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. Checks shall be made payable to "D'Huy Engineering, Inc." Documents will be sent electronically after receipt of payment. Bidders must supply the following information with their request for documents: company name, contact person, complete address, phone and fax numbers, and email address Whitehall Coplay School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part thereof and to waive informalities as it deems best to protect its interest.
