Renovation of a water / sewer project in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

In general, the Work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: a. Relocation of the fluoride dosing skid from the temporary location to the permanent location. b. Installation, testing and commissioning of the fluoridation system, including a triplex pump skid containing three (3) peristaltic metering pumps, two (2) chemical storage tank, chemical containment area, chemical fill station, all associated piping and field instruments. c. Installation, testing and commissioning of the new phosphoric acid feed system, including a duplex pump skid containing two (2) peristaltic metering pumps, all associated piping and field instruments. d. Structural reinforcement of the floor slab of the chemical room to support the two new storage tanks. e. Updating, testing, and commissioning of the plant pprogrammable logic controller (PLC) and SCADA programs associated with the new chemical systems. Rockwell Automation shall be retained by the Contractor to complete this portion of the work. f. Inspection, repair, and coating of existing phosphoric acid storage tank containment. g. Decommissioning and demolition of the existing phosphoric acid feed system, including metering pumps, and associated piping as well as control components and cabling. h. All associated process, electrical, instrumentation & control, and structural work as indicated in the Bid Form and Specification, and on the Contract Drawings.
