Renovation of an educational facility in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 48,000-square-foot educational facility.
The Northview Middle School, Re-Roof Phase III Project consists of partial re-roofing on school to remove existing fully adhered EPDM roof membrane, any wet insulation and all perimeter membrane and metal flashing and install new 1" thick roof insulation, 1/2" thick high density polyisocyanurate cover board and fully adhered EPDM 60 mil roof membrane and new metal roof edge flashing for approximately 48,000 sq. ft. of roof area. Also install new insulation wood sheathing, air and water barrier and prefinished metal standing seam wall panels. Commence Construction: June 1, 2022 to June 7, 2022 Substantial Completion: August 5, 2022 Final Completion: August 12, 2022 Project Closeout: August 31, 2022
