Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The 2023 Rally Complex Park Development project in the City of Ankeny includes the construction of a 12-court post-tension concrete pickleball facility, two softball fields, batting cages, and associated components, PCC sidewalks, parking lot, and turn lane improvements. Other associated improvements include water service, sanitary service, electrical utility service, irrigation, parking lot lighting installation, pickleball court lighting installation (ADD ALT), temp traffic control, pavement markings, erosion control, and landscaping. The project shall include installing lighting poles, footings, light fixtures, conduit, wiring, components, and associated improvements including the connection to an existing electrical source and to restroom/shelter, and surface restoration. PROVIDED MATERIALS Musco poles and light fixtures will be purchased by the City of Ankeny and shipped to the construction site prior to the start of installation. Provided materials include: o (30) Factory aimed and assembled luminaries o (10) Galvanized steel poles o (10) Pre-cast concrete bases with integrated lightning grounding o Pole length factory assembled harnesses o Factory wired and tested remote electrical component enclosures o UL listed assemblies
