Renovation of a municipal facility in Ankeny, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services will be receiving bids for the demolition and replacement of three condensing boilers at the Alcoholic Beverages Division (ABD) facility at 1918 SE Hulsizer Road, Ankeny, IA 50021. Questions must be submitted by 2:00 pm, August 1st, 2023, to the Issuing Officer. For further information regarding this project contact: Michael Bradbury - Issuing Officer Phone: (515) 823-9327 E-Mail: construction.procurement@iowa.gov The Iowa Department of Administrative Services anticipates construction to begin on November 1, 2023 and end on January 12, 2024. The Bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Security as set forth in the Instructions to Bidders in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid bond, cashier's check or a certified check drawn upon a solvent bank chartered under the laws of the United States of America. The Iowa Department of Administrative Services reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive irregularities and to accept a bid that is deemed in the best interest of the State of Iowa.
