The Town is seeking a licensed contractor to demolish, remove, and dispose of the 770-square-foot one story building and 1,245-square-foot concrete slab. Including all its contents, including roof, walls, foundations and underground utilities, and the demolition of the concrete pads, bricks, tiles, barbecue,concrete poles, pipes, and items that are outside of the building, and the abandonment of a septic tank that is located outside the building, and sod installation and restoration.The contractor shall furnish, provide and pay for all supervision, labor, materials, tools, machinery,equipment, supplies, manufactured articles, transportation, disposal, insurance, permits, licenses,incidentals, and services, including power, water, and essential communications, general field requirements, and other costs and expenses whatsoever, both direct and indirect, necessary for the demolition, removal, and disposal of the old Equestrian Center located in Robbin's Park (Robbins Preserve),at 4005 South Hiatus Road, Davie, FL 33330. Robbin's Park is owned by the Town of Davie. The Informal Quoting process is used when the Town estimates the total bid amount not to exceed $35,000. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The contractor shall have forty-five (45) calendar days to complete the Scope of Work from the date the Town of Davie issues the Notice to Proceed (NTP), to obtain all necessary Building Division, Broward County and Florida State Department of Health permits, demolish and restore site, and pass the required permitting final inspections.
