University is seeking to prequalify a pool of Mechanical subcontractors who, once successfully prequalified, will be the only entities allowed to submit Mechanical pricing to prequalified prime contractors and, if awarded a subcontract, perform Mechanical work on a series of construction projects. Meeting: Only bidders who participate in the Conference in its entirety will be allowed to submit prequalification documents and, if prequalification is achieved, participate in bidding and performing Mechanical subcontractor work on said pool of projects. The time period covered by this prequalification will begin once the list of successfully prequalified entities is posted, and will end on December 31, 2023. University will also be separately prequalifying general contractors to perform as prime contractors on said projects. MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE VIA ZOOM on December 6, 2021: Participants must log onto the Zoom meeting at or before 10:00 a.m. (See ZOOM meeting instructions below.) Persons logging in later than said time will not be allowed to submit prequalification documents and, if prequalification is achieved, participate in bidding and performing Mechanical subcontractor work on said pool of projects.
