For Ferndale Middle School Chiller Replacement Work in the project includes: Demolish and replace the existing 300-ton water cooled chiller including (2) building loop pumps and the condenser water pump including all piping modifications, electrical, makeup water system, and controls system modifications. Flush, fill and vent system and provide cleaner and water treatment for the entire closed chilled water system and for the existing tower water system. A bid alternate will include replacing the cooling tower. All work under this contract is to be included in a Single Prime contract to the successful bidder.
