The County of York, Virginia (Owner) is seeking the services of a contractor, pre-certified by VDOT, to construct a 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk along the southern side of Bypass Road 5,474 LF in length. The Work under this Project consists of: furnishing of all labor, materials, supplies, permits, and fees to construct the sidewalk along Bypass Rd as shown on the plans, specifications and contract drawings, including but not limited to: Demolition of the existing sidewalk; Construction of a new 5 foot wide concrete sidewalk; Modifications of entrances as shown; All incidental work thereto as detailed in the Contract Documents Online Bid Opening - Passcode: 060228 International numbers available: https://us06web.zoom.us/u/kxbg44K91 No Pre-Bid Meeting will be held for this solicitation. Documented proof of material delay may result in the Countys allowance of a corresponding extension of completion deadlines. The anticipated start date is June/July, 2022.
