Renovation of a conference / convention center in Tonopah, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
The Work consists of Procurement and Installation of a I 00 kW Standby Emergency Generator sufficient to accommodate emergency back-up power for the Tonopah Convention Center, an 11,500 sq ft facility to include HV AC system, commercial kitchen with two (2) large warmers and two (2) coolers, and fire alarm system, more particularly described in the contract document and all other requirements as required by Contract Documents. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed form (separate Bid package) to include Bid Form, Contractor Qualifications Statement, List of Subcontractors and List of Major Material Suppliers, also accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the base Bid amount. Successful Bidders will be required to furnish both a Payment Bond and Perfonnance Bond in the full amount of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, including, without limitation, nonconf01ming, nonresponsive, unbalanced, or conditional Bids. Owner also reserves the right to waive all minor informalities not involving price, time, or changes in the work. MBE (12%), WBE (10%)
