BLM-CO Cochetopa Canyon Toilet Replacements This is a solicitation for recreation site improvements in accordance with the attachments. The Government estimates the rough order of magnitude for this project to be between $100,000 - $250,000. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work includes, but is not limited to; demolition of existing toilet buildings, construction of new precast toilet buildings, and site work. LOCATION: The project is located in Saguache County, Colorado, about 25 miles southeast of Gunnison, CO. Along highway 114, in the Cochetopa Canyon. Pre-Bid Site Tour: A hosted pre-bid site tour is scheduled for 2 Dec at 10:00. Meet at the at Site 6. We will start there and travel to two other nearby sites. Basic Contracting Requirements:
