Saving Project...

Site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Jesup, Iowa. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The Work will include but is not limited to the following improvements: 1. Wastewater Treatment Plant site earthwork, approximately 30,000 CY, including site grading, and excavation for structure foundations. 2. Construction of a new Fluidyne ISAM SBR activated sludge wastewater treatment plant. 3. Construction of new Wastewater Plant Building housing plant power distribution, controls, laboratory, blowers, and Screening equipment. 4. Construction of a new UV Disinfection Building. 5. Construction of new flow control structure and treatment plant return lift station. 6. Site work, site restoration, crushed stone paving, miscellaneous piping, and other miscellaneous work. 7. Standby power systems at the Wastewater Treatment Plant. 8. Electrical, Instrumentation and Controls. 9. All other work required by the Contract Documents. The project is located at the City's existing Wastewater Treatment Facility, northwest of Hwy 20 exit number 245, west of Co. Hwy V65. Est. Value: $ 9,100,000.00 Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2023 Payment will be refunded if the Plans and Documents are 1) returned of within fourteen (14) days after the Award of the Project and 2) the Plans and Documents are in a reusable condition. If they are not returned, or returned past the deadline, or are not in a reusable condition as judged by the Engineer, the deposit shall be forfeited.
