Renovation of a municipal facility in East Fayetteville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The intent of this work is to provide a set of contacts that will allow the elevator control panel to communicate with the generators. Currently all six of the Courthouse elevators are on generator power, but there is not communication between the elevator control panel and generator to notify the elevators when the power is switched from normal power to generator power. The contractor is to run conduit and pull wire from ATS (located on the lower level) to Elevator Control Panel (located on the roof). Any sort of shutdowns and/or core drilling will have to be done after hours of operation (Normal hours are 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. The work is as follows: Elevators 1 through 4: - 1 pair of normally closed contactors - 1 pair of normally open contactors w/ 20 second delay Elevator 5: - 1 pair of normally closed contactors - 1 pair of normally open contactors w/ 20 second delay Elevator 6: - 1 pair of normally closed contactors - 1 pair of normally open contactors w/ 20 second delay
