Providing hydraulic design documentation, Providing stream restoration in th.e immediate vicinity of the crossings, as required. Acquiring environmental permits as an authorized agent of WSDOT. Providing mitigation solutions for sensitive area impacts. Facilitating temporary and permanent utility adjustment and relocation. Other elements including but not. limited to embankment, grading, paving, storm drainage, guardrail, signing, erosion con-trol, and planting.
