The Bay County Board of County Commissioners is seeking Bids from Qualify Electrical Contractors to provide and install Four (4) individual 50 KW Generators with new wiring from existing utility company transformer and provide an Automatic Transfer Switch that functions with new Generator; connect to Main Breaker. The new Generators will provide necessary reliable backup power to emergency radio towers and allow them to fully function and provide uninterrupted emergency communications. New Generators shall be designed to meet current local, state and national building codes. Funding for the project may be made possible through these grants and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by FDEM, FEMA, and FDEO.
