Any Contractor Who Fails to Attend May Be Disqualified as "Non-responsive Bidder. Award of the Contract Will Be Made to the Lowest Responsible Bidder as Determined by Bucks County Housing Authority, and the Authority Reserves the Right to Waive Informalities and Irregularities in the Bid Submission, and the Unqualified Right to Reject Any and All Bids.
