Construction of a new St-Albert Fire Station. The new fire station will consist of a station with 2 bays for a pumper truck, a tanker truck & a light rescue unit. TIMELINE: Renovations to the St-Isadore Fire Station (25 Arena St) can now be followed under a separate report. Architect consultant assignment was for conceptual design report only which was submitted to the municipality. Funding is pending to move forward with design & construction of the new station. Project may not go to construction until 2029, at the earliest. Budget approvals are required. *Budget has not been determined.
