Renovation of an educational facility in Winston Salem, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued to obtain a contract for replacement of the Roof Coating for the Design & Production Building at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA). This will include replacing the roof coating for the scene shops front and rear roofs. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. Roof should be inferred scanned for wet leaking insulation Repair or replace wet insulation, seal joints as needed Clean and pressure wash roof Install an acrylic coating to manufacture's spec. Address any ponding areas Remove all debris created from work performed 10-year warranty on coating Alternate Back Side of Roof: (This will be awarded contingent on the budget) This roof is approximately 5,400sq. Same specs. As front side Award Silicone Coating (Front) Wayn Co Roofing $37,466 Silicone Coating (Back) Wayn Co Roofing $18,039.
