This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued to obtain a contract for replacement of the Roof Coating for the Design & Production Building at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA). This will include replacing the roof coating for the scene shops front and rear roofs. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. Address any ponding areas Remove all debris created from work performed 10-year warranty on coating Alternate Back Side of Roof: (This will be awarded contingent on the budget) This roof is approximately 5,400sq.
