**As of January 11, 2022 this project has been awarded to Dayton Wayn Co Roofing, LLC with an awarded amount of $38,863.42. ** This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is being issued to obtain a contract for replacement of the Roof Coating for Costume, Wig and Makeup at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts (UNCSA). Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The IFB is comprised of the base IFB document, any attachments, and any addenda released before Contract award. All attachments and addenda released for this IFB in advance of any Contract award are incorporated herein by reference. Address any ponding areas Remove all debris created from work performed 10-year warranty on coating
