Renovation of a library in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 50,800-square-foot library.
**As of December 28, 2021 the project has not been awarded yet.** A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of the existing roof membrane and install a new mechanically attached 80 mil PVC membrane with a 30-year warrantee. Additional rigid insulation will be added to meet current energy code A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required.
