Site work for a military facility in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a military facility.

Install new welded wire mesh security fence with a 3"x1/2" grid 8ga and black vinyl coated in accordance with attached specifications and attached cut sheet b. Welded wire mesh panels will be 8' high and fence top will have double guy with 6 strands barbed wire and razor wire IAW with the attached fence specifications attached. c. Install a double swing gate to match existing opening at the main motor pool entrance. Gate shall be fully supported and installed so that no sagging of the gate panels are visible. d. All brush vegetation and tress shall be removed between armory fence lines to adjacent property fence lines. Trees which hang over armory fence and property will be trimmed to be 10 above and back from armory fence line. Contractor shall coordinate with adjacent landowner and city prior to cutting any trees not within the armory property line. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Security Fence Replacement at the California National Guard Armory, located at 5565 E. Airways Blvd, Fresno, California, 93727 in accordance with the specifications and scope of work. The Prime Contractor shall self-perform on the site (trade work) with its own organization, work equivalent to at least twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. The Prime Contractor shall provide at all times sufficient competent labor, materials, and equipment to properly carry on the work and to insure completion within the time agreed. The Government Estimate for this project is $350,000.00. The prime contractor MUST possess a C13 Fencing Contractor's license. All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to SGM Matthew Adams, at matthew.d.adams14.mil@mail.mil AND SSG Javier Hernandez, at javier.hernandez14.mil@mail.mil no later than 4:00 P.M. on December 7, 2021. If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening.
