Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Ames, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of concrete pavement, concrete sidewalks, reconstruction of storm sewer structure, new and relocated roadway and sidewalk lighting, pavement markings and finish grading. Substantial Completion: August 10, 2022 Final Completion: October 9, 2022 Bid Estimate: $395,000 1. The project consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing PCC pavement, new PCC pavement, storm sewer structure reconstruction, new and relocated parking lot lighting / sidewalk lighting, pavement markings, and finish grading/topsoil. 2. Contractor shall provide all incidental materials and equipment to install to specifications the system shown in the construction documents. 3. Contractor shall provide tree protection and construction fence as identified. 4. Contractor shall be responsible for all pedestrian and vehicular traffic control signage and shall coordinate any required closures.
