Site work for a water / sewer project in Evansville, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work for which bids are to be received consists of: Installation of approximately 1 ,792 lineal feet of 8-inch PVC water main , 788 lineal feet of 8- inch restrained joint PVC HDD water main , 269 lineal feet of 12- inch PVC water main , 12 gate valves, 4 fire hydrants,and 55 service connections. Work shall also include all super-vision ,equipment ,traffic con-trol , granular backfill ,pavement restoration (milling included) , flushing ,disinfecting ,testing , and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and the Specifica-tions. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation , in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. The Contract Work provides for construction of water mains and all associated appurtenances, including the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, equipment, work and services. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, equipment, traffic control, granular backfill, pavement restoration (milling included), flushing, disinfecting, testing, and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and the Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications.
