As of August 4, 2022, a design/build firm has not been awarded. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: This is a Design Build project which will consist of the historic rehabilitation of the exteriors of seventeen (17) historic housing units. There are sixteen(16) that are part of the Fort Yellowstone National Historic Landmark and one (1) CCC-era cottage that is part of the Mammoth Hot Springs Historic District. The construction magnitude is more than $10M. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
