FCC Allenwood is a federal correctional complex located on Route 15, 2 miles north of Allenwood, PA 17810. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials and labor for the complete construction of the work. The project includes the renovation of housing Unit 1B including interior renovations and site improvements. Interior renovations include renovations of cells, conversion of cells to other uses, and interior recreation areas, as well as renovations in the lower shower area. Site improvements include a new exterior recreation area with detention enclosures as well as ramps and controlled access to the exterior area. Work includes demolition, architectural, concrete, electrical, mechanical, electrical and IT, plumbing and fire protection, finishes, earthwork and site utilities, and associated work more fully described in the specifications and drawings attached to this notice.
