**As of December 29, 2021, only one bid received. Franklin County Board of County Commissioners invites qualified firms to submit a bid to install Antimicrobial Surfacing at the Franklin County Jail. All submitted bids must include copies of Insurance and all relevant licenses. Franklin County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids received and to waive any and all minor irregularities or informalities in any bid. Franklin County Board of County Commissioners encourages Minority Business Enterprises to respond to this Bid Invitation. Franklin County requests quotes to install Antimicrobial Surfacing on the floors of the Franklin County Jail. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 14, 2021 at 10 a.m. at the Franklin County Jail, 270 State Road 65, Eastpoint, FL. Antimicrobial Surfacing of the Franklin County Jail - Franklin County is requesting interested firms to submit a quote for 7-day rooms and the bathroom/shower areas of the jail. Total square footage is 9,796 Sq Ft. Work to be included in the quote shall include, but not be limited to the following: o Inspect surfaces in working area o Diamond grind horizontal surfaces for coating preparation o Fill/Repair existing cracks in concrete o Furnish and install coating system o Clean up and remove all job-related debris Please provide a full description of the products, specifications, any pertinent brochures, or manufacturer material along with a price for the requested equipment. Please provide a turnkey quote to install 9,796 Sq Ft of Antimicrobial Surfacing for the Franklin County Jail
