Renovation of an educational facility in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,910-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and 4,995-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
Project Number: PR21133 Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC) on the Florence Campus - Major Maintenance Project for Lane Community College (LCC) is soliciting proposals from qualified Door/Frame/Hardware Suppliers ONLY for the construction of the LCC Florence Campus Project in Florence, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the bid are outlined in Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) forthcoming "Invitation to Bid" attached to and made a part of the Contract Documents. Subcontractor's scope of work shall include, but is not limited to: a. Furnish of all doors, frames, hardware and relites, per hardware list complete. b. Include all storefront hardware, complete. Doors provided by others. c. Supplier shall provide field verification services to confirm new hardware is compatible with existing doors and frames to remain. d. Exclude glazing to be provided by others. The project consists of renovation of the existing 17,426 SF one story campus building. Campus consists of three (3) separate buildings. Building A: 10,910 SF BUILDING B: 4,995 and BUILDING C: 1,080 SF. Construction of the buildings are wood framed, on continuous and sread footings and partially supported on concrete slab on grade. Work will include, BLDG A:Interior space renovations, new mechanical mezzanines, storage, seismic upgrades, complete demo, window replacement, reclad of exterior finishes including roofing, new domestic and firewater lines to support new fire protection system. New Mechanical System complete with DDC Controls, New Plumbing infrastructure, new lighting throughout and electrical work to support upgrades. BLDG B: Exterior Paint, New Roofing, New Mechanical Equipment utilizing existing ductwork and new lighting throughout. BLDG C - No work. BLDG A will be partially occupied in the Spring of 2022 and Fall of 2022, BLDG B will be occupied for the duration of the project. Substitution Requests are due by February 1, 2022 end of day (EOD) per the request process outlined in DIV 01 of the General Requirements section of the specifications. All Questions for the project are due by February 2, 2022 EOD. Proposals shall be clearly marked "LCC Florence - Bid Package #1.0X:_______________". FIRM EXPERIENCE - Provide in writing a minimum of 3 of your firm's successful projects in the last 3 years and a minimum of 5 years of experience with this system. The projects are to be of similar construction type, size, cost, and complexity. For these projects, include initial subcontract amount, total change order amount, description of project, and duration of project. Include General Contractor and Owner contact names and phone numbers as references. Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC is selecting MEP and glazing subcontractor based on the RFP process for the LCC Florence Center Project. The total building construction cost is project to be approximately $6 Million.
