Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Waterlines Installation of approximately 11,210 lineal feet (lf) of 16-inch PVC water line, 1,040 lf of 12-inch PVC water line, 840 lf of 8-inch PVC water line and various other water line types and sizes as required for the improvements as shown on the Plan. Various water line appurtenances including butterfly valves, gate valves, combination air valves, blowoff assembly, fire hydrants, fittings, service lines, and connections. Other work includes miscellaneous demolition, slurry fill existing water line, ac pavement removal and replacement, 2-inch grind and inlay of ac pavement, and landscaping. Work under this Contract is funded by the federal Safe Drinking Water Revolving Loan Fund through Business Oregon and a partnership of local and/or private funds. This funding requires the Contractor to comply with the Build America, Buy America (BABA) Act.
