Site work for a water / sewer project in Florence, Oregon. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This contract provides for restoration and tidal reconnection of the Waite Ranch site by excavating new channels and filling drainage ditches, constructing an earthen setback dike and removing part of the existing dike, constructing a new concrete tide gate structure, and installing large wood structures. The setback dike will be constructed using a combination of soil excavated from onsite, contractor-furnished imported fill material, and owner-furnished imported fill material that must be trucked into the site. Additional work will include construction access, staging, and traffic control; work area isolation, dewatering, and fish removal; erosion and sediment control. These work activities and other work activities related to or required for performing the work shall be in accordance with the Plans, the Special Provisions, and the Oregon Standard Specifications for Construction. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Est.
