Site work and paving for a transportation facility in Florence, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.
Site Directions: Florence Municipal Airport 2001 Airport Way Florence, OR 97439 The project estimated value is between $800,000 and $1,000,000 The scope of work being considered is: 1. Narrow crack repair of Runway 15-33, Taxiways A1-A4, Taxiway A, Apron, and Taxilanes 1-5; 2. Wide crack repair and asphalt patching of Runway 15-33, Taxiways A1-A4, Taxiway A, Apron, and Taxilanes 1-5; 3. Surface seal of approximately 39,000 SY of Runway 15-33, Taxiways A1-A4, Taxiway A, Apron, and Taxilanes 1-5; 4. Pavement marking removal; and 5. New pavement markings. This contract will be funded, in part, by a grant from the Federal Aviation Administration. As such, it will be subject to federal requirements. These include, but are not limited to: 1) Buy American Preference 2) Civil Rights-Title VI Assurances 3) Davis Bacon Requirements 4) Debarment and Suspension 5) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) 6) Federal Trade Restrictions 7) Lobbying Federal Employees 8) Recovered Materials *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
