As of February 4, 2022, the project was awarded to Crawford Construction Co. Inc., Bid amount received is $798,699.61. The Project consists ofremoving an existing steel bridge and constructing a prestressed concrete box beam bridge. Project is located on Patton Rd (TR 124), Liberty Township, Knox County, Ohio. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bid guarantees must meet the requirements ofthe Ohio Revised Code, Section 153.54. All bidders must be ODOT prequalified. All bidders must meet an "EDGE" Goal of 5%. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable use Ohio Products, materials, services, and labor in the implementation of this project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. This is a prevailing wage project and is subject to the requirements of Ohio Department of Commerce Wage and Hour Division and Chapter 4115 ofthe Ohio Revised Code. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities.
