Renovation of the entryway to the space and
the adjacent men's and women's rooms. All existing improvements will be demolished. No change, however, to the HVAC system.
All materials resulting from the demolition must be removed from the site.
Once demolition is complete, flooring, walls, ceiling, lighting, and electrical will all be replaced.
Walls will be 1/2" drywall on 3/4" plywood to within six inches of the ceiling and floor. Molding
will be recessed behind the plywood and drywall. Molding will be solid wood, simple, nonornamental.
Door to HVAC and electrical closet will be replaced with a plain, solid wooden door.
