The City estimates the purchase of two (2) generator sets and generator control systems to be installed within the next five (5) years. Proposals should include information for start-up, inspection, testing, operations and maintenance training services as requested in this RFP document. The highest rated proponent will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement may include a Proof of Concept, with an option in favour of The City to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for a term of up to five (5) years.
