Renovation of a municipal facility in Morehead City, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
All bidders are hereby notified that they shall be properly licensed under the state laws governing their trades. Roof Sectors A-N a. Remove and dispose of the roof system including flashings and sheet metal down to the existing vapor barrier to remain]. b. Repair vapor retarder where damaged or leaking. c. Add blocking as shown in details to establish a square and plumb roof edge to east and west loading dock precast double T roof deck. d. Fully adhere thermoplastic single ply membrane along with flashings and accessories as specified in Section 07 54 00 "Thermoplastic Single Ply Roofing". e. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim as specified in Section 07 62 00 "Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim" f. Provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly. 2. Replace existing collector heads as shown on drawings.
