Renovation of a parking garage in Gainesville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 3,382-square-foot, one-story above grade parking garage.
DOLI Project Number VDOT-21-0064 The removal and replacement of damaged steel columns at the open garage, related roofing and foundation structural repairs located at the VDOT Gainesville Area Headquarters. The work will also include, but is not limited to the application of a high performance coating to all new and existing steel members and installation of bollards. A five percent (5%) bid bond is required to accompany this bid. When required bid shall be accompanied by a Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond, Form CO-10.2, payable to the Owner as obligee in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. Sealed bids are invited for repairs to the Open Garage Building at the VDOT Gainesville Headquarters. The project is generally described as the removal and replacement of damaged steel columns, related roofing and foundation structural repairs. The work will also include, but is not limited to the application of a high performance coating to all new and existing steel members and installation of bollards.
