The project includes selective demolition of exist vapor barrier and insulation (if any), installation of new batt insulation, installation of new high strength vapor retardant interior barrier including taping as specified, and any other incidental work necessary to complete the specified work in accordance with the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. The official clock will be the time/date stamp clock located in the executive office reception area. however, the sole responsibility for obtaining and learning of Addendum belongs to the Bidder. The City of Longview accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addendums and submit inadequate or incorrect responses. This project is funded with funds from the City of Longview Storm water enterprise fund. All work performed on this project will be subject to the Washington State prevailing wage rates.
